We are proud to introduce the Scheduler — a powerful new feature in the TPRM module designed to streamline your third-party assessments. With the Scheduler, you have access to the following features:
Date-based scheduling: Set specific assessment dates, so, for example, you can automatically schedule assessments for critical third parties on specific dates, like the 1st of December each year.
Customisable frequency: Define assessment frequency per vendor category. For instance, if a vendor has a high inherent risk, you can schedule assessments annually or at intervals that suit your needs.
Bulk actions: Easily select and assess multiple third parties at once—whether it’s 10 or 100 - tailored to your needs.
Custom settings: Configure assessment names, contract scopes, and set questionnaires with reviewers. Define recurring schedules (monthly, annually) in just five easy steps.
