AI Assessment Populator

Suppliers upload their existing documents and the AI drafts answers from them. This version shows its working, tracks progress, and handles failure properly.

Key Enhancements

• answers with reasoning: for each question the AI shows a proposed answer and why, and the supplier accepts it with one click or answers themselves.

• visible progress: questions completed out of the total, and the time saved so far.

• file suggestions: where a question needs a document, the AI suggests which of the supplier's uploaded files to attach and lists what they have already uploaded.

• PDFs only, handled cleanly: other formats are skipped, and a file that takes too long no longer holds up the rest.

• honest failure: if the AI cannot answer a question, or takes longer than a minute, it says so rather than leaving the supplier waiting.

• evidence reaches your reviewers: files uploaded while answering are visible on the assessment and can be downloaded.

• your summary format: the summary the AI writes for a completed assessment follows a template you can edit.

AI features are enabled individually, so you can offer this to suppliers without turning on internal document or contract analysis.
