AI document analyser

Supplier evidence arrives as PDFs, and reading each one against your own checklist is slow. The conclusions usually end up in someone's notes rather than on the record. The analyser answers your questions from the document and keeps the follow-up in the same place.

Key Enhancements

  • works where your evidence is: open the analyser on assessment or Internal Control files, one PDF or a batch.

  • your own questions: use a saved question set, or write questions for the document in front of you.

  • batch progress: a batch shows progress and results for each file separately.

  • answers next to the source: each answer sits beside the document, so you can jump to the page it came from and check it.

  • your call on every answer: approve, reject or rewrite answers one by one, or approve everything outstanding at once. What lands on the record is your conclusion, not the AI's.

  • action plans from answers: raise an action plan from any answer, with the assessment and question already filled in.

  • no duplicate follow-up: a row shows when a question already has an action plan, so two reviewers never raise the same one.

  • a clear trail: review progress per file, results you can export, and every decision written to the assessment audit log.

Requires the document analyser feature, which is turned on separately from other AI features. PDFs only.

This update will cut the time spent reading evidence line by line, and keep the question, the answer, the decision and the follow-up together.
