We’re exploring a new capability that automatically determines the overall assessment result based on configurable rules — so grading is consistent, transparent, and effortless.

What this would mean for you
Admins could define how results are calculated directly as self-service via the configuration of assessment management, using flexible rule types such as:
Questionnaire score percentage: Set up percentage ranges (e.g., 0–100%) mapped to Risk Types like Poor, Good, or Critical, with live previews for clarity.
SecurityScorecard + Questionnaire score – Combine two factors (A–F grade + % range) in a matrix view to determine the final Risk Type.
Only one rule would be active at a time, ensuring a single source of truth for assessments. The system would auto-fill the Overall assessment result in the Assessment conclusion, while still allowing manual overwrite if needed (with full audit logging, of course).
Why it matters
This feature aims to simplify supplier grading, reduce manual steps, and deliver consistent results across all assessments — aligning with client feedback and making your process smoother and more reliable.
