To improve reporting accuracy and trend analysis, platform administrators will be able to create and manage reporting periods for internal control assessments. These periods will be configurable via the settings page and used for filtering and analysis within dashboards.
customizable reporting periods: admins can define periods with name, start date, and end date.
integration with assessments: reporting periods can be linked to assessments, either manually or automatically based on the testing period.
dashboard filtering & trend analysis: assessments can be filtered by reporting periods for better insights.
bulk assignment & archiving: past assessments can be retroactively assigned periods, and older periods can be archived to keep lists manageable.
conflict prevention: overlapping reporting periods will not be allowed.
This update will enhance compliance tracking, improve reporting flexibility, and streamline assessment scheduling, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
