Further enhance workflows through teams / slack

The platform supports notifications / messages through multiple chat platforms, but these messages only have limited interactivity. This often results in the user having to go to our platform for actions that are seen as simple.

The next step in improving the user experience for users that use these chat platforms is to provide support for medium difficulty actions.
Medium difficulty actions examples:

• approving an Self assessment

• Viewing open actions

• Approving / Denying residual risk

• Etc
