We’re exploring a new capability that allows users to create and reuse templates for issues and action plans — so recurring situations can be logged and managed faster, more consistently, and with less manual work.
Admins could define pre-filled templates for both issues and action plans, directly via self-service configuration.
For example:
Issue templates – Capture frequently occurring issues once, with standard fields and attachments pre-filled. When the same issue arises, users could create a new record in just two clicks, only updating what’s specific to the situation (like the risk owner).
Action plan templates – Set up standard responses to recurring issues, including pre-defined steps, deadlines, and even attached documents or guidance.
This feature would make issue and action management faster, more consistent, and less error-prone, especially for organizations that deal with similar issues or compliance actions across multiple partners.
By reducing repetitive data entry and improving standardization, templates would help teams focus on what matters most — resolving risks efficiently.
