Notification Self-Service

The emails and messages 3rdRisk sends are now yours to write. Open Content → Communication and you can change the wording, add a translation, and see exactly how it will look as you type. If you preferred the original, one click brings it back.

Key Enhancements

• 48 email templates: from assessment reminders to contract due dates and user invitations.

• Teams messages too: covering issues, action plans, risk register and control assessments.

• a tab for each language you use: so everyone reads it in their own.

• hard to break: each template shows the details you can drop in, like a third-party name or a due date, and stops you if something important is missing.

• only for the people who should: editing sits behind its own permission.

Changing a line of wording used to mean asking us and waiting for a release. Now it takes a couple of minutes.
