Performance widgets for internal control dashboard

To provide clear insights into control performance, the internal control dashboard will be enhanced with performance metrics, trend analysis, and framework comparisons. Users will be able to track effectiveness over time, apply advanced filters, and export data for management reporting.

Key Enhancements

• Performance overview (latest assessment period):

  • Displays effectiveness metrics (Effective, Not Effective, New, Not Tested).

  • Default to the latest assessment period, with filters for other periods.

  • Options to exclude plan/design phase controls and adjust "Not Tested" calculations.

• Assessment performance trend:

  • Trend line showing the percentage of effective controls over four periods.

  • Filters to select a starting period and adjust "Not Tested" calculations.

• Framework section performance comparison:

  • Bar charts comparing control effectiveness across framework sections over four periods.

  • Filters to refine data by framework, exclude specific categories, and adjust calculations.

• Export functionality:

  • All widgets will be exportable for use in management reporting.
