Reassign Contact Person During an Ongoing Assessment

We’re exploring the ability to change the supplier contact person while an assessment is already in progress without needing to cancel and resend it.

Today

If the primary contact leaves the company or needs to be replaced, the assessment must be cancelled and reissued to the new contact person.

What we’re considering

Allow updating the contact person mid-assessment, so the new contact receives the access to the assessment, and may complete the work seamlessly.
