Reassigning Ownership When a Colleague Leaves

Colleagues sometimes leave, and unfortunately, they don’t take their work with them.

Ownership over items in the platform needs to be re-distributed, so the work doesn’t get abandoned or lost.

Currently, this transfer of ownership may involve manual steps or support from the admin team, which can be time-consuming and prone to oversight.

The feature would:

• Identify all objects owned by a specific user (e.g. third parties, risk controls, assessments).

• Allow selection of a new owner per item or in bulk.

• Optional notifications can inform the new owner of their newly assigned responsibilities.
