AI risk profiles

AI risk profiles previously only updated when someone ran them by hand, so they aged between checks. You can now set a schedule and give the AI more to work from.

Key Enhancements

• scheduled refreshes: create a schedule that rebuilds risk profiles automatically, choosing the date and how often it repeats.

• choose the scope: apply it to every third party, or only to those carrying tags you pick.

• told when it finishes: the person who owns the schedule receives an email when the run completes.

• more to work from: profiles now use the data already on the record, including country and third-party type, instead of the company name alone.

• your own context: add written context to any third party and the AI takes it into account for that third party's profile.

Requires AI enabled for your tenant, and permission to edit the third party to change its context.
