Send Message Directly to Third Parties

New action: In the actions menu of a third-party record, a “Send message” option appears. Selecting it opens a composer modal allowing:

• Custom text entry (including hyperlinks)

• File attachments (drag-and-drop or browse)

• A toggle “Allow replies” (off = no-reply)

History: All sent and received messages are visible in the “Communication” tab on the third-party record page.

Audit log: Every outbound and inbound message generates an audit log entry.

Access control: Access to “Send message” is managed by a new permission: “Send messages”

Cockpit: A cockpit widget titled “Communication” displays recent threads
