Slack Integration

If your teams work in Slack, notifications from 3rdRisk have meant switching to email or Microsoft Teams to see them. Now they arrive as Slack direct messages, alongside the channels you already use.

Key Enhancements

• one-off setup: an administrator connects your Slack workspace from the Integrations page, then each person links their own Slack account through a secure link the bot sends them.

• nothing missed: anyone not yet linked keeps receiving notifications exactly as they do today.

• no reconfiguring: notifications arrive as direct messages with no change to how they are set up, and Slack sits alongside Teams and email rather than replacing them.

• still your wording: what gets sent and how it reads stays under your control in Content → Communication.

Workspace credentials are stored encrypted, and disconnecting removes them and stops Slack delivery.
