Duplicate detection warns or blocks when adding a third party

Prevents duplicate third-party records by checking new entries against existing ones. A matching VAT, DUNS, KvK or internal reference blocks the save and names the existing record. A matching name and country shows a warning without blocking, so you can still proceed if it's genuinely a different entity.
