Update existing third party using registration form

Current situation: Currently, registration forms can only be used to add new third parties to the catalogue. This can lead to accidental duplicates, for example, when a third party already exists.

Update existing third party: You will be able to update an existing third party using a registration form.

Search catalogue: If logged in, registration form users will be able to search the catalogue and pre-fill existing information.

Review and approval: No changes are made without going through the usual review and approval workflows.
